Welcome to Waazy! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our AI music and video generation platform. By using Waazy, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Waazy application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Waazy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Content Generated by You

You retain all ownership rights to the lyrics, audio, and videos you create using Waazy. However, by using our services, you grant Waazy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of improving our AI models and for promotional purposes with your consent.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use Waazy to create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt our services.
• Commercial use of generated content is permitted under our standard license, but you may not resell the raw outputs as standalone products.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Waazy require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party services. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Waazy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app.
